7 a.m.: No practice for the Penguins on this Wednesday, but that just gives the team a chance to regroup from a leave-it-on-the-line performance against the Golden Knights.

After winning their 11th game out of their past 14, the Penguins (30-22-3) will start preparations for a two-game trip to Dallas and St. Louis. Since there will be no team workout, we’ll keep you updated on any league news, trade reports or injury updates that come across the wire.

In the meantime, catch up on Shelly Anderson‘s game story from last night’s emotional battle against Marc-André Fleury‘s new team. Also, Dan Kingerski has a column on where he thinks Jim Rutherford is angling with less than three weeks to go before the deadline.

One last thing: Dan and Matt Gajtka broke down the key moments of the win over Vegas and the implications thereof. Enjoy!
