Six straight losses isn’t exactly a field of roses. It’s not a slump, either, the Pittsburgh Penguins said Monday after practice at PPG Paints Arena. They are calling it something else – something that rhymes with slump.

“It’s a bump in the road,” winger Bryan Rust said. “All good teams face it. Not everything is going to be all sunshine and rainbows. You’ve just got to take it for what it is, try and stop the bleeding and move forward.”
