The NHLPA approved the 24-team NHL playoff format on Friday evening in a 29-2 vote. On Monday, NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly, along with legal and medical council, released a 29-page memo regarding the safety and testing for the move to Phase 2 of the Return to Play Plan.
PHN will have the RTP details available as soon as possible.
