Greg McKegg continues to be hot.  Going into tonight he has a 49% face-off win.  He also scored his first goal as a Penguin, in  the last game against the Panthers.  Olli Maata has 6 points in 6 games.  He has an impressive 2 goals and 4 assists in 6 games.  Hopefully he can continue this offensive out put.  Sidney Crosby and Bryan Rust are both tied at 8 points each.  Matt Hunwick is really starting to look good.

Ian Cole is in good sprits.  He looks good for a guy who just lost 3 teeth.  Complete with goal horn, in this interview.

Here are some quick facts about the Rangers.  They are currently have 1 win and 5 losses for the season.  They are in last place in the Metro Division.  The players to watch are Mika Zibanejad.  He currently leads the team with 5 goals.  Kevin Shattenkirk has 2 goals and 3 assists for the season.  He is expected to be in the third pairing tonight.  Mats Zuccarello also has 5 points. Also worth noting is that captain Ryan McDonagh has been paired with several different partners, so far this season.  For years he was paired with Dan Girardi (now with the Lightning).  Henrik Lundqvist is expected to start in net tonight.  He currently has a save percentage of .914% for the season.
