Dallas Stars defenseman Stephen Johns signed a three-year, $7 million contract today to remain with the Stars. In his second full NHL season, Johns scored 15 points (8g, 7a) with 41 penalty minutes and a +10 rating. Johns, 26, is from Wampum, PA which isn’t far from Pittsburgh….
