Penguins Drama & Analysis: Sullivan Slams Talk of Rift w/ Kessel, Malkin

Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan refuted and slammed talk of a riff with star players Evgeni Malkin and Phil Kessel, Wednesday. The question was posed after former player Pascal Dupuis’ comments to a French television station suggested the duo were not pleased with Sullivan’s directives.

Sullivan reacted sharply when asked about the issue. He called the comments “irresponsible” and said he was “disappointed.”
