The Pittsburgh Penguins’ search for a president of hockey operations (and, it turned out, an interim general manager) finally is over, and the analysis of the pluses and minuses of giving the job to Kyle Dubas can begin in earnest.

Dave Molinari of Pittsburgh Hockey Now joined Mark Madden on 105.9 the X, the Penguins’ flagship radio station, a few hours after Dubas’ introductory press conference to talk assess the hire, and how Dubas is expected to go about his duties.
