Penguins Make St. Ivany Emergency Recall

LAS VEGAS — After the Pittsburgh Penguins traded away a few players before the 3 p.m. NHL trade deadline, they are down to 18 skaters until defenseman Conor Timmins and forward Connor Dewar arrive from Toronto.
The Penguins made defenseman Jack St. Ivany an emergency recall.
Since their Tuesday loss to the Colorado Avalanche, the team has traded away Michael Bunting, Cody Glass, and Anthony Beauvllier.
The Penguins announced the recall after coach Mike Sullivan addressed the media at 5 p.m. local time, so it is currently unknown if St. Ivany will be available or is needed for the Penguins’ game Friday against the Vegas Golden Knights.
The team will practice in Vegas Saturday before departing for St. Paul for their game against the Minnesota Wild Sunday afternoon.
The winners at the trade deadline, Michael Bunting, Cody Glass, and Anthony Beauvllier.
Definitely Beauvillier. Pretty sad Pens couldn’t get rid of one of their Top 4 Dmen in Griz. Could that mean he wouldn’t be any more than AHLer for other teams??? And the Pens are trying to win NHL games with him???
It means Grzelcyk wasn’t worth a third-round pick, which reportedly was the asking price. He’s 31 and no better than a No. 4/5 with a playoff team.
This is what a rebuilding team is supposed to be. Are you ready to be this miserable for the next few years? I am exhausted just from reading your comments.
I’m not miserable at all. The Pens are a joke. Sully is a joke and I am happy for Buntz, Cody, and AB for escaping this sh*$ show! Keep Sully, keep losing.
How can you justify the Jake trade with all the nobodies and draft picks
