PHILADELPHIA — Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan was asked if he would consider putting slumping right wing Patric Hornqvist with Sidney Crosby and his response was candid. Also, Sullivan addressed the potential rain for the Stadium Series game and the possibility the game could be called after two periods.

The Penguins beat the Philadelphia Flyers at the Stadium Series game at Heinz Field in 2017, and the Penguins are finishing the home-and-home outdoor game series against Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field, Saturday night.

The Penguins have won two of their four previous outdoor games. Rain is in the forecast, but per an NHL release, the rain is not expected to be significant enough to cause a delay or postponement. However, the rain did arrive in the Philadelphia area well ahead of schedule, which left everyone to wonder what lies ahead
