The Pittsburgh Penguins domianted the St. Louis Blues for the first 40 minutes but never led, and the teams careened into the third period tied 1-1 before a dangerous 3-2 Penguins OT win at the Enterprise Center.

Bryan Rust worked a give-and-go to Evgeni Malkin for the Penguins’ first goal. Then Malkin set up Rust for the winner. The Penguins outshot St. Louis 48-27, and Penguins’ goalie Tristan Jarry stopped 25.

At 7:30 p.m. E.T. join WPXI’s Jenna Harner, our Dan Kingerski and Penguins radio color analyst Phil Bourque for the weekly slugfest that will also have a good bit of postgame talk following the Penguins game in St. Louis.

While Bourquey is in St. Louis, Dan and Jenna will break down the Penguins’ game, why Kasperi Kapanen didn’t work with the Penguins, the top Penguins trade targets, and look ahead to the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday evening.
