Penguins Release Pre-Season Schedule

The offseason already seems long, but with the Stanley Cup now in the well-lubricated hands of the Florida Panthers, teams are turning their attention to beginning the 2025-26 season. On Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Penguins released their preseason schedule.

The team will play the usual suspects within a few hours’ drive, including the Buffalo Sabres, Detroit Red Wings, and Columbus Blue Jackets, but also added a new opponent, the Montreal Canadiens.

Perhaps, the boys needed a little bonding fun in Montreal before the season gets going.

The Penguins figure to have more position battles in training camp and pre-season, adding more importance to the games than in previous seasons.
