The Pittsburgh Penguins have traded forward Cody Glass to New Jersey.

The Penguins also sent forward Jonathan Gruden to the Devils and will receive forwards Chase Stillman and Max Graham and a 2027 third-round draft pick.

Glass, who was acquired from Nashville in August, will be a restricted free agent this summer, when his contract, which carries a $2.5 million salary-cap hit, expires.

He will be eligible for unrestricted free agency in 2026.

Glass had four goals and 11 assists in 51 games this season.

He is the second former Predator the Penguins have traded today. Defenseman Luke Schenn, acquired from Nashville with Tommy Novak Wednesday, was sent to Winnipeg earlier in the afternoon.
