Dan on TV: Penguins Offseason, Weird Looks
What will the Pittsburgh Penguins do this offseason to improve?
WPXI’s Final Word tackled the coming Penguins offseason and Penguins president of hockey operations/GM Kyle Dubas’s decision on the goalie tandem of Alex Nedeljkovic and Tristan Jarry.
Our Dan Kingerski joined 93-7 the Fan’s Paul Zeise and the Post-Gazette’s Chris Carter with host Shelby Cassesse.
And, as you can see in the picture, Dan had a little fun with the guys and kept them guessing where he was going when discussing the Pittsburgh Pirates, too.
Segment One:
After Kyle Dubas’s season-ending comments, how confident are you that the Penguins will do what it takes to improve substantially in the off-season?
Segment 2
And Dan’s final word.
Life isn’t a video game, but they set unreasonable expectations, leading fans down the wrong path.
I still don’t get the Jarry hate.. he had better stats than Ned did this year.
Do you actually watch his play. Jarry will make one of the best saves imaginable. Next thing you know at the worst possible time he allows an extremely soft goal deflating the teams momentum. I don’t hate anyone including Jarry but his inconsistency is costing the team. Just look at his wins vs losses. Why o why did kd give him that long term contract. Please don’t tell me he was the best available because that’s bullsh—. Jarry will eventually end up like Murray
If Jarry is the starting goalie it won’t be a good season. Once a Jarry fan, I’ve soured on him completely. He simply is not a big time goalie.
Refreshing to see someone admit a mistake. Welcome aboard.
