Pittsburgh Postgame: Gajtka & Revak Torch Jarry, Ponder Future

Published

on

Three times, the Penguins built a lead in Game 6. Three times, the Islanders had an answer … and then some.

With the season over too soon, coach Greg Revak of the University of Akron and Hockey’s Arsenal joined me on Pittsburgh Postgame for the analysis.

Much of it focused on Tristan Jarry’s mounting struggles in his first real kick at the postseason can, although we also speculated on the future of the Penguins’ roster overall, and whether coaching bears some responsibility for another playoff disappointment.

I think there be a few more changes than you might expect. Going to be an interesting off season.

I don’t know. I think three strikes and you’re out. Can’t see Hextall staying with Sullivan. I’m sure he has somebody of his own choosing in mind.
