Crosby Working Out at Practice Rink

CRANBERRY — The Pittsburgh Penguins won’t open training camp for more than two months, but Sidney Crosby already is working out on the ice.

He had a session that lasted about an hour at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex this morning. It was at least his second workout there in the past few days.

Prospects attending the Penguins’ development camp, which concludes today, lined the glass outside the locker room to watch Crosby go through drills before being summoned back inside, presumably for a meeting.
