PHN Extra: Pens Prospect Calen Addison ‘It’s About the Heart’

Calen Addison is growing. He’s not the skinny faced kid who sat in the media room after the Pittsburgh Penguins selected him in the second round of the 2018 NHL draft. He has added a few pounds and is even experimenting with some sparse facial hair.
His Lethbridge Hurricanes hockey bag sat in front of his locker stall Thursday, just one space removed from former teammate and Penguins undrafted free agent signee Jordy Bellerive who earned a contract after a solid summer showing in 2017.
The two couldn’t help but chirp each other through media microphones, as Bellerive laughed, “Addison is a terrible player.”
