Who Should Penguins Trade? What Should They Try to Get? (+)
Ron Hextall hasn’t spoken publicly since the Pittsburgh Penguins’ season ended abruptly in New York Sunday night, but when he does, it’s possible that he will lay out his personnel plans for the offseason in granular detail.
It’s equally possible that he’ll share that information while wearing a silk top hat and polka-dot swim trunks.
Which is to say, don’t count on it.
But while Hextall, like most general managers, prefers to operate largely in secret, what can’t be hidden is that he will be extremely busy before training camp convenes in September.
