Bobbleheads, Baby! The Penguins’ Big 3 Featured

Bobbleheads seemed to fall out of favor some after their initial surge of popularity, but the Pittsburgh Penguins are going full speed with the jiggling-head giveaways this season. Stars Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin and Kris Letang will be featured.

The Penguins announced their promotional schedule Monday.

Crosby’s likeness — hey, you can be the judge — will be given to all fans at PPG Paints Arena Nov. 19 when the Penguins face Buffalo. The Malkin bobblehead giveaway is Dec. 17 against Anaheim, and the Letang bobblehead giveaway is Jan. 28 against New Jersey.

The Penguins also will have six theme nights, when they invite fans to dress for the occasion:

            October 30      NY Islanders    Halloween

            December 6    NY Islanders    Superhero

            December 20  Minnesota       Ugly Holiday Sweater

            January 8         Florida             The 1970s

            February 5       Carolina          The 1980s

            March 5           Florida             The 1990s
