Judd Caulfied Penguins Draft

The Pittsburgh Penguins stayed in the power forward pool for their third pick of the 2019 NHL Draft. In the fifth round (145th overall), the Penguins scooped up 6-foot-3, 207 physical winger Judd Caulfield, who came from the powerhouse U.S. Development Team in the USHL. Three of Caulfield’s teammates were selected in the first 10 picks of the draft including first overall pick Jack Hughes. The American team has dominated the 2019 NHL Draft.

Caulfield was the 17th of 18 draft eligible US Development team players taken.
